Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel comfortable ordering from MANI CHAPTER. If something is not right, contact us and we will help you find a solution.

30-Day Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a standard return, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition and packaging.

Because press-on nails are a personal-use beauty product, items that have been worn or applied are not eligible for a standard return unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.

Changed Your Mind

If you no longer want the item, do not like the style, or simply change your mind, you may request a return within the 30-day return period as long as the product remains unused and unworn.

For these returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Wrong Size

If you selected the wrong size and the nails have not been worn or applied, you may request a return within the 30-day return period.

If the nails have already been tried on or worn, the used set cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

However, please contact us at support@manichapter.com. Where appropriate, our team can help arrange a replacement in the correct size.

Quality Issues, Wrong Items, or Shipping Damage

If your item has a quality issue, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible.

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

Once confirmed, MANI CHAPTER will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund and will cover the reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Return Shipping

For returns caused by a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect size selection, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For confirmed quality issues, incorrect items, or products damaged in transit, MANI CHAPTER will cover the related return or replacement shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending any return so that our support team can provide the correct return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We normally process approved refunds within 3–5 business days.

Your bank, card issuer, PayPal, or other payment provider may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by MANI CHAPTER or a confirmed product issue.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before it has been shipped.

Contact us at support@manichapter.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel.

Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and will need to follow the applicable return process.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first, as the correct return instructions may depend on your order and location.
